By accessing or using LaneList, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use LaneList. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.

• LaneList is a directory and search tool that helps shippers/traders discover carriers and their lanes/modes.
• LaneList is not a carrier, freight forwarder, marketplace escrow, or broker; we do not participate in your negotiations or contracts.
• Contact and contracting occur directly between you and the provider, off-platform.
• Some profiles can display a Verified badge, meaning we performed limited checks as described on the site. Verification is not a guarantee of performance or compliance.
• When exact database matches are limited, we may show clearly-labeled AI suggestions. Always validate before contracting.

• You must be at least 16 and have authority to bind your business (if registering on behalf of a company).
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.

• Conduct your own due diligence on carriers and compliance (licenses, insurance, safety, customs, sanctions, etc.).
• Use LaneList lawfully and professionally; do not misuse the platform or scrape, spam, or attempt to bypass security.
• Respect third-party rights (privacy, IP, confidentiality) and applicable transport/commerce regulations.

• Content may be provided by users, public sources, partners, or generated suggestions. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or availability.
• You may submit information about your company; you represent you have rights to share it and that it is accurate and lawful.
• We may edit, moderate, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

• “Verified” indicates that LaneList performed limited checks (e.g., public records, direct validation) at a point in time.
• Verification is not an endorsement, warranty, or ongoing monitoring. You must still perform your own checks.
• We may revoke or suspend verification if we believe criteria are no longer met.

Searching is generally free; we may offer paid features (e.g., verification review, boosted visibility) as described in-app. Prices, taxes, billing cycles, and refund terms will be presented at purchase. You authorize us and our processors to charge the payment method you provide.

• Illegal activities, harassment, defamation, or infringement of third-party rights.
• Scraping, data mining, reverse engineering, or attempting to access non-public areas.
• Uploading malware or interfering with the operation of LaneList.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of affiliation.

• LaneList, its logo, and the site content are protected by IP laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivatives.
• You retain rights to content you submit; you grant LaneList a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to provide and promote the service.

Your use of LaneList is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use cookies and similar technologies as described there and in Cookie Settings.

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. They are provided as suggestions only.
• You must independently verify any AI-suggested information before relying on it.

LaneList is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaneList and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of LaneList, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LaneList and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or cause potential legal exposure.
• You may stop using LaneList at any time. Some provisions survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity).

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Courts located in Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory local consumer protections may still apply.

We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., in-app or email). Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
