• Account & profile: name, company, role, email, phone, password (hashed), preferences.
• Product usage: searches, filters (origin/destination, transport types), saved items, clicks, messages, verification submissions.
• Device & logs: IP, browser/device, language, referrer, diagnostic logs.
• Cookies & similar tech: essential (login/security), analytics, preferences. Manage via Cookie Settings.
• Support & communications: emails, chat, feedback.
• Public & partner data: business registry checks and verification partners (when you request verification).

We do not sell personal data. We may share with:

• Service providers: hosting, analytics, email/SMS, error tracking, payments (if any) under DPAs.
• Verification partners: only when you apply/consent.
• Authorities: when legally required or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers: in a merger/acquisition with continued protections.

When data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK IDTA/Addendum, and assess local protections.

• Account data: while active + up to 24 months after closure (unless longer is required by law).
• Verification records: 24 months after status change/expiry.
• Logs & analytics: 12–24 months (aggregated/anonymized where possible).
• Support emails: 24 months.

You may access, correct, delete, or export your data, and object or restrict certain processing. You can withdraw consent at any time (it won’t affect prior lawful use).

We use industry-standard measures (TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, monitoring). No method is 100% secure, but we maintain incident response procedures.

LaneList is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a minor used the service, contact us to remove data.

External sites linked from LaneList have their own privacy policies and practices. We are not responsible for their content or handling.

We will post updates here and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be notified by email or in-app.

California (CPRA): We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Submit CPRA requests at contact@lane-list.com.

Brazil (LGPD): Rights broadly align with GDPR (confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information on sharing, consent withdrawal).
